Gladwell gets on my nerves!

The thing that really annoys me about Malcolm Gladwell is that he always says what I want to say but just a little bit better and a little bit before me!

In this great little film of Gladwell speaking at a Ted conference on the subject of "What Makes Us Happy" he explores the power of an "s". He looks at how thinking differently can dramatically transform a business. And he considers how, by asking the right question, you finally get the right answer.
