It's about smiling when you feel like crying and being seen when you feel like hiding.
It's about listening to excuses when you just want it done already.
It's about having the tough conversations which would be far easier to avoid.
And it's about doing the thing today that you want to put off until Monday.
It's Friday. Do whatever it is you've been putting off. You've got the whole weekend to recover. And, who knows, the initial unpleasantness might be followed by a terrific result.
